Since starting my online health and wellness business it became apparent to me that there are so many other women out there like me who have a desire to do something bigger with their lives. Of course having children is the most wonderful thing and I feel super blessed that we have two amazing girls but I still have my own goals and dreams to make an impact in this world and even more so leave a legacy for my children and my childrens children. So realising the business potential and being able to share this with others is something that I am crazy passionate about. 

I train other driven and determined women to be able to run their own successful business, from their home/ mobile phone and show them how its possible to build an incredibly successful and fulfilling business of helping people feel fit and healthy.
