When it comes to yummy breakfast ideas I am all about quick, simple and easy.
When I was doing the 80 Day programme from my online platform a couple of years ago, it was just after the birth of my second daughter and I went all in with the timed nutrition plan to get maximum results. Eating 5 smaller meals a day and having a Pre workout meal took a little bit of getting used to but once you have planned and prepped for the week and have amazing yummy recipes it becomes super easy! This was one of my favourite breakfast and pre workout ideas, it contains healthy carbs, vegetables and protein and once you’ve batch cooked it - it’s the quickest and easiest meal to simply heat up and drizzle with honey or a teaspoon of nut butter.
